She helped us find a home never flooded and even went the extra mile beyond seller’s disclosure to check claims on the homes did not flood helping us to avoid fraudulent claims. She walked us through every step from selling our house, getting it fixed up and ready to sell and the timing so that we were able to move into our new home in 3 days of closing on our old one, to buying our new house. She has a phenomenal eye for detail and is a genius negotiator. She was able to negotiate 10K of our new home and even get us above asking price for our old home. Her knowledge is extensive and impressive beyond her years. I just can not say enough about how good she is and her team allows her to shine that much brighter.
