Terri and her team are so amazing. We used her to buy our first home 12 years ago and of course had to for this second one when our family went from 3 to 7. She helped us find a home never flooded and even went the extra mile beyond seller’s disclosure to check claims on the homes did not flood helping us to avoid fraudulent claims.

She has a phenomenal eye for detail and is a genius negotiator. She was able to negotiate 10K of our new home and even get us above asking price for our old home. Her knowledge is extensive and impressive beyond her years. I just can not say enough about how good she is and her team allows her to shine that much brighter.
